 Your current experience within the funeral profession means that you have the ability to work well within our unique communities which has exposure to various cultures, service types, call volumes, challenges and successes.

 You are hardworking, a team-player and believe that all families should be treated with respect and dignity.

You have a valid G license, a clean drivers abstract and a professional appearance.

Our strength is our staff: 65+ dedicated team members with 1 to 45 years of employment with the Ward Family.

A belief in variety and versatility: all licensed directors regularly engage in directing and assisting with funerals, arranging with families and embalming.

We provide a competitive salary and compensation program including cell phone allowance, gift card program, medical benefits, dental and vision care that are not payroll deductions, a generous pension program as well as all clothing requirements including a tailored suit, winter/spring coat, shoe allowance and dry cleaning.

We provide a full 12 month schedule for assistance in personal planning.

Our schedule is a rotation (mix of days and evening shifts) with 3 day weekends off within the rotation.

Ideal candidate must have experience as - Licensed Class 1 Funeral Director, Funeral Home Director, Embalmer,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
