James Reid Funeral Home, Crematorium & Reception Centre is looking for a full-time Ontario Licensed Class 1 Funeral Director to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be professional, reliable, self-motivated, and a team player. They will be skilled in funeral arranging and directing, embalming, possess excellent communication skills, a self-starter, and have computer skills. They will be a personable, compassionate, and responsible representative of our funeral home in the community and hold a valid Ontario driver’s license.
This position will include alternate weekends with three-day weekends off and scheduled on-call duty. James Reid Funeral Home offers a comprehensive benefit package and a competitive salary according to experience and skill. We offer a RRSP plan, provide a clothing allowance, and give sub days for overtime. Training in Health & Safety is a priority, as is ongoing professional development.
